Shipping policy
From time of order please allow 24-48 hours for dispatch. You will be notified via email once we have dispatched your order along with full tracking details.
Once an order leaves our premises it becomes the responsibility of the courier, therefore any lost parcels or damaged items must be claimed for through the relevant couriers compensation process. We will assist you in this process as far as providing them with the relevant proof of posting documentation, along with the correct proof of value of the goods but it is the consumers full responsibility to reclaim any money outstanding and not the responsibility of us.
